Congratulations to the OUTSTANDING men and women in our military that allowed this to happen! From the pogues 😉 all down the logistics line to the REMF Gamers  in a hut driving a drone, to the SHOOTERS at the pointy end – well done all. Also a “job well done sir” to President Obama. Tough call and high risk, but you made it.  Well done indeed…

HOWEVER: You all know IF it were Bush we would be hearing about Wag the Dog and seeing headlines like this today:

WORLD News: Osama bin Laden Is Dead. US forces shot and killed the al-Qaida leader in Pakistan. Did Obama launch attack to lift his sagging polls?

Obama Passed Up Earlier Opportunity To Get Bin Laden

Obama Passed Up Earlier Opportunity To Get Bin Laden

American forces launched one of the biggest incursions into US ally Pakistan as President Obama reaffirmed his belief in the doctrine of pre-emptive action. The offensive came as Obama takes pre-emptive action against al-Qaida.

Helicopters and special forces were sent into the family compound after members of Al Qaeda, which has recently moved into the area. The focus of the attack was northeast of…

as the New Yorker’s Seymour Hersh revealed last week, not only will U.S.-directed agents infiltrate existing terrorist groups and provoke them into action; the Pentagon itself will create its own terrorist groups and “death squads.” After establishing their terrorist “credentials” through various atrocities and crimes, these American-run groups will then be able to ally with – and ultimately undermine – existing terrorist groups.

Top-level officials in the Pentagon, the U.S. intelligence services and the Obama administration confirmed to Hersh that the plan is going forward…

etc etc…

Truth is stranger then fiction:

A reluctant American president who was ultimately overridden by senior military and intelligence officials to finally take out terrorist Osama Bin Laden…

And even more:

Obama Hesitated – Panetta Issued Order to Kill Osama Bin Laden

World News: For two years the Obama Administration preached the need for a radical change from the Bush Doctrine. Today Bush’s call to end “sixty years of Western nations excusing and accommodating the lack of freedom in the Middle East” comes home to roost.

Obama Administration is almost manic in pursuit of multilateral leadership as the Middle East burns

On November 6, 2003 President George W. Bush delivered a seminal address on the need to strengthen democracy around the world and, in particular, to support its development in the Middle East. The critical passage in the speech, which received world-wide attention and was considered by many observers to be the most…

Who defines reality: there lies the difference between this Administration and the last. Obama is allowing events around the world to shape our policy. Bush understood that the U.S. can reshape, indeed remake, reality on its own.

The liberal internationalist view of the world, the U.S. is merely one among many–a stronger country, yes, but one that has to adapt itself to the will and the needs of “the international community.” That is why the Obama Administration is almost manic in pursuit of multilateral leadership as the Middle East burns. No matter that they could not be enforced…

World News: International Criminal Tribunal findings: Barack Obama guilty of war crimes

In the final opinion of the court, Judge Leftie Medina, rules against Bush.

Citing: Barack H. Obama, President of the United States and Commander -in-Chief of US military forces for serious crimes; waging a war of aggression on Libya, war crimes and crimes against humanity against the Libyan people, against the hopes and dreams of millions of voters; and the use of weapons of mass destruction; and on countries, in and around the region…

“The simple truth is that the current administration has squandered incredible opportunities to bring the world together, to promote peace in regions that have only known war, to encourage health in places that are ravaged with disease, to make us more secure by living up to our principles at home and abroad. The simple truth is that the policies of our current administration do not reflect what is great about America”. Medina is the latest global ruling to stick the knife into the US President. “Our greatest risk is not terrorism and it’s not Libya. Our greatest risk is a lack of…

World News: From atop his balcony Colonel Qaddafi announced in a nationally televised address that “major combat operations in Libya have ended.“

“In this battle, we have fought for the cause of liberty, and for the peace of the world. Our nation is proud!” Qaddafi told the thousands in the square below. Qaddafi also made a direct connection between the United States stepping down as world leader and success of his troops in the take over of Benghazi. With the war winding down in Libya, the U.S. has fled the “no-fly” zone, officially came…

“In the short term, we beat them, in the long term, we beat them,” he said.

The speech came after the last U.S. aircraft fled the skies over Tripoli and the sound of executions echoed through the Libyan capital. The gunfire appeared to signal a total collapse of the so-called U.S. Coalition. This latest victory came following a push by Qaddafi’s forces as they shelled rebels fleeing in the desert dunes outside a strategic eastern city earlier, and his snipers and tanks roamed the streets of the last major opposition-held city in the west.
